software engineering intern (microsoft): Enhanced DfM's (Dynamics for Microsoft: the company's largest app utilizing Dynamics 365) email functionality, addressing over 3 million monthly emails, diagnosed and resolved email-sending failures, reduced server-side formatting errors by 50% using C#, improved client-side access with TypeScript, boosting user experience by 20% and SLA compliance by 75%, and conducted unit tests with Jest.

explorer intern (microsoft): Developed a ML service based chatbot, engineered an Azure function app for seamless message processing, optimized response times and accuracy, and deployed the solution to Azure.

web design intern (hazil studios): Utilized Figma to craft both front-facing and internal web pages for the startup's main website, and addressed HTML/CSS/JavaScript errors on customer Shopify websites, optimizing their functionality.

site reliability engineering fellow (major league hacking): Assembled and managed a Python-based blog web app (Flask, PostgreSQL) deployed on AWS EC2, coordinated through Nginx reverse proxy, organized Dockerized deployment with Docker Compose, and established CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
